Adrian Kettering
Adrian’s yoga journey began in 1991 when she was playing Division I Volleyball at Duke University. Yoga provided the mental focus and muscle elongation that was a perfect complement to being a competitive athlete. After graduating, her experience with yoga evolved into a study of the mind, body and spiritual connection to fitness and well-being. Since that time she has enjoyed various styles of yoga in many different cities such as Portland, OR, New York, NY, and Boulder, CO. Vinyasa Flow Yoga became her passion, and in 2003 Adrian began her teachers training and certification process.
