Bio
Adrian Kettering
Adrian’s yoga journey began in 1991 as a Division I collegiate athlete. Yoga provided the mental focus and muscle elongation that was a perfect complement to competitive volleyball. In addition, she was drawn to the study of the mind, body and spiritual connection to fitness and well-being. Since that time she has enjoyed various styles of yoga in many different cities such as Portland, OR, New York, NY, and Boulder, CO. Vinyasa yoga became a passion, and in 2003 Adrian began her teachers training.
