Adrian Kettering
Adrian’s yoga journey began in 1991 when she was playing Division I Volleyball at Duke University. Yoga provided the mental focus and muscle elongation that was a perfect complement to being a competitive athlete. After graduating, her experience with yoga evolved into a study of the mind, body and spiritual connection to fitness and well-being. Since that time she has enjoyed various styles of yoga in many different cities such as Portland, OR, New York, NY, and Boulder, CO.
