On-site Yoga for Businesses

Yoga has been known to reduce the number of sick days in the workplace, lower health care costs, and improve the overall health of people who practice yoga. Your employees will return to work recharged physically, mentally and emotionally. Price per session depends upon location and number of people attending, and can range from $50 to $150.

Private Sessions

Take your practice deeper through a session catered to you and your needs. The options below offer the yoga practitioner a chance to explore various poses, limitations and challenges while receiving attention to alignment, and help opening up to all the benefits a practice can offer.

• One-hour private session in the comfort of your own home is $50, ($60 depending on location)
• One-hour private session at studio is $50

Yoga Parties

It is fun and relaxing to bring yoga into an intimate setting such as bridal parties, baby showers, bachelorette parties and birthdays. It provides a nice way to bond with others while nurturing your mind, body and spirit through the practice of yoga.
