VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Wednesday 1:00 - 2:15 PM
Saturday 10:30 – 11:45 AM
Related to Ashtanga and Power Yoga, Vinyasa is a sequencing of poses, linked with breath, which stretches and tones the body. Classes include weight-bearing poses, posture sequencing, basic breathing techniques, inversions, and relaxation. Students must have a basic familiarity with yoga poses to attend class.
YOGA KIDS!
Ages 3 - 7 years
Mondays 3:45 – 4:30 PM Registration Required

Yoga provides an opportunity for children to have fun just being a kid - moving their bodies, relaxing with their breath, and learning how we are all connected in the amazing world of nature.
*Body in Balance Studio is right next to the Star City Rail Trail and playground - perfect for parents to use during class time!
POSTNATAL YOGA MOMMY & ME YOGA
Wednesday 2:30 – 3:30 PM Registration Required
Postnatal Yoga class is designed to get the postpartum mother back in shape while playfully bonding with her new baby. Through baby interaction such as baby massage and poses including baby, the class challenges the mother, giving her a sense of physical fitness and well-being. Babies ages 8 weeks to walking are welcome, and no prior yoga experience is necessary.

4 classes $40 (for Yoga Kids each additional child is $8 per session)
6 class pass $60 (valid for three months)

This class does not require any previous yoga experience, and includes basic breathing techniques, sun salutations, standing and seated poses, twists, gentle backbends, and deep, final relaxation.
Birthwise Prenatal Yoga at Body in Balance

Celebrate the joyful spirit of pregnancy by learning essential practices to achieve your optimal birthing experience and relieve common discomforts of pregnancy. In class you will meet and communicate with like-minded mothers and enjoy a relaxed, supportive atmosphere. This new community can bring many years of support during your parenting years.
